Sustainable, regional, seasonal – this is the motto of our breakfast restaurant „The Fletzinger“. The restaurant obtains vegetables and herbs from an organic farm in the immediate vicinity and also focuses increasingly on specialities from the Chiemgau region. For that reason the sausages are from the family’s own butcher shop and the smoked trout from the family’s own fish farm. Sweet and spicy spreads and pastries are homemade, always different and always delicious. Other bakery products are from a local baker. We order our breakfast coffee from the famous Dinzler Kaffeerösterei and our delicious tea comes from BioTEAque, the organic tea factory.
